Job Description
- Manage internet and phone inquiries in a timely manner
- Schedule sales appointments
- Utilize CRM and lead management tools to update customer records
- Follow up with existing and potential sales customers
- Achieve targeted individual and team sales goals
- Collaborate with Internet/BDC Sales team to ensure an exceptional experience for our customers
- Receive and Check-in Clients when they arrive.
Qualifications
- Must be possess basic phone skills and speak clearly
- Must Possess Moderate Computer Skills (PC)
- Must possess the ability to perform internet research
- Must be able to adopt and personalize sales guides/scripts
- Must be able to write and clearly communicate through email
- Confident, charismatic and professional phone manner
- Self-starter with a strong work ethic
- Excellent organization and follow up skills
- Reception, Call center, Sales experience is preferred, but not expected
- Previous dealership and Automotive CRM experience is a A+.
- Must have Valid driver's license
